X-Hist

X-Hist is formulated to support nasal health. It contains agents that inhibit the mediation of allergies. X-hist contains mucolytic agents which are able to breakdown the viscosity of mucus within the lungs which is a common cause of allergy related asthma. X-Hist also contains quercetin which inhibits histamine release.

Loading Dose: 2 capsules three times per day for 7-10 days. Acute: 2-3 capsules as needed. Maintenance: 1 or more capsules per day or as recommended by your health care professional.
